Maybe I’m not…

2000yds. I felt good going in to the second swim of the week (big stuff for me) but upon entering the water, a change. My benchmark sr. citizen lap swimmer was moving well today, I initially in a few laps caught and passed her, but once warmed up, we remained at the same pace for many laps. In the last ten laps, she put another 10 yards into the gap between us. I didn’t stress it or pickup too much, really I was very satisfied making the workout twice this week. I left and met Grey at the Hampton early for a status update and mini breakfast fill-up. Good workout. Maybe I’m not leaping forward in speed. Yet I am improving.
