4mi. Maybe January is lean on runners because of the shock associated with a long vacation followed by the rush of back to school and work? Not many tracksters today. I ran with Erica who is following the plan of a new coach. Aiming for a good 5k race at the end of the month, she is running well and keeping her interval pace at 6 min miles, regardless of the distance. Paul shuffled with symmetry on the workout’s distances, then tossed it all out for the backside of the workout. It doesn’t stop us from having fun trying to outguess what’s coming next however!
