4mi. Not having been told or issued a request, Paul’s workout was good for me this morning. Post Disney Marathon meant I wasn’t going to aggressively blast through the intervals. I did well running the bridge on Tuesday, so that meant I didn’t have to completely lay off any speed or scramble through the group, which I like! Paul had us using long strides on some of the intervals, I wore my Aasics and thin socks this morning. Today I fly to San Antonio after work, I plan to run while there and I’ll swim this morning, too after I take John to school.
