Different but that’s ok

4mi. It was 61 degrees when I pulled into the parking lot. I took a nice iPhone picture of the Reback Track & Field sign, it is now well lit because of the new lights that make the parking lot look like daytime! Paul and John were joking back and forth about barefoot running, citing new studies that claim its not as efficient as lightly padded shoes. The debate continues…

Erica was instructed to run 4 miles at 8 min pace, I thought that would be a good thing to do vs the intervals, so we ran and talked together in the outer lanes of the track. We finished with 6 100m striders down the back straightaway. It was cool out and I felt good for this workout. A quick drive and I was back getting myself and John ready for the day.
