Slower than the norm.

2000 yards. I get in the pool immediately upon arrival, even when I feel cold from the outside. Sometimes I’m tempted to go in the sauna room as I pass it dressed in a skimpy compression suit bottom. Today I had more goggle issues, like I should be loosening the strap and making sure the eyepieces have a good suction on my eyes. I swam slow, just a lazy effort of getting through the laps. My thoughts were scattered from personal to work, running to what I’ll be doing this weekend. I guess not all of the events I do don’t have to be all out growth. Some are “thanks for showing up, you’re still on the plan.”
