5mi. I knew Paul was goingto visit Greg and Laura this week, and with Erica absent from training who will organize the workout? John was there before I arrived, he delegated it to Dave Garfield. Dave didn’t leave any guessing for us, he quickly conferred with Perry to deliver today’s workout, each set run in an opposite direction on the track. Only 9 people showed up today – usually the summer track workouts yield kids, teachers on summer break, and others that can’t show up mid week during the school/work heavy season months. It was very still today, no breeze and humid. I was very sweaty when done, coming from the guy that sweats less than most – a testament as to how the summer weather is here to stay til Oct/Nov.
