5mi. Track workout, first one of the year and having missed the last two, first one in almost a month for me. I can’t seem to stay focused on how many meters of running we do, although I think I have it all tracked carefully. Today was an example of how I must hoave goofed up the math and ended up with more done in my head than we had actually run. Like this?
