Can you count?

5mi.  Track workout, first one of the year and having missed the last two, first one in almost a month for me. I can’t seem to stay focused on how many meters of running we do, although I think I have it all tracked carefully. Today was an example of how I must hoave goofed up the math and ended up with more done in my head than we had actually run. Like this?

1 mi warmup jog

600m w/200m recovery
500m w/200m recovery
500m w/200m recovery
300m w/100m recovery
500m w/200m recovery
500m w/200m recovery
500m w/200m recovery
500m w/200m recovery
300m w/100m recovery
600m

1 mi cool down jog.
