Relaxed recovery at the track

4 mi. This was my first run since the marathon on Sunday. I figured I’d be conservative this time and stay on a physically healthy track for the Boston Marathon. Our intervals included a mile for time, in which I ran with Gary Walk and Dave Garfield at a 6:33 mile. here’s how it stacked up…

600m w/200m receovery
500m w/200m recovery
400m w/200m recovery
100m w/100m recovery
1600m for time w/300m recovery
100m w/200m recovery
400m w/200m recovery
500m w/200m recovery
600m

It’s good to see everyone after the race and tell the abbreviated story about my experience. For many, the Boston Marathon is their next race, so I will have people on that with me for the next few months.
