More than a few are training now

4mi. I arrived a bit late to start the regular warmup with the group – a surprising number of over 20 people. There were a few kids from high school there, and some other guys I didn’t recognize. Paul’s run through the intervals wasn’ta big surprise, but I don’t think  anyone guessed it all correctly – as usual…

I ran behind Gary Walk on most of my intervals. I am still recovering from a cold/flu/pneumonia episode from last week’s travel to California.
