7.5 mi We went early and had time to run a warmup lap with Teresa and Jen. Today we missed Paul, but we did have a breeze from the west. That makes a big difference both ways. We ran and talked with the two girls, John did very well being it was definitley early for him and it was hot. A few others joined in but not many runners today.
John completed 6 laps and waited while I ran my last one chatting with Suzanne. I know I don’t have to wake up this early but I enjoy the friends and the ramble up and down the hill. It keeps me focused and serves as a great start for the day having seen a sunrise and the waters of Singer Island!
