Rick and Lanae, Adrienne was a walker, Kylan, Lilia, Sharon, Randi, Steve amd Mary Monks, Kacie, and a few others I didn’t know. 6 laps of hills and a half lap of warmup cooldown each – then the plunge.
I went in the saltwater, like Charlotte and I used to do. Very clear conditions with the new tide at a high. I showered and drove home to get set a little early – time to get the car fixed for brakes and a sensor thing on the engine.
