Miss a month

5 mi. It doesn’t sound that bad.  Skip a week worth of track workouts and I should be able to come back with some competency.  I think everyone else showed up for weeks in a row.  So I’m left with feeling creaky, running slower, and losing my breath.  Paul surprised us all with the final interval of 1000 m
