5mi – A quick run while on a biz trip. Yves and I did a 4-5miler three days before Miami Marathon. We ran 23 minutes away, mostly in the World Golf Village. Then on the way back, we incorporated 5 sprints of 60 seconds each to loosen up our legs and stretch the stride. Yves runs considerably faster than I do, I was behind on all of the sprints.
It’s a good way to start the day, a brisk 48 degree run and time on our feet scheduled for the rest of the day.
