Still and Stiller

5mi. It was advertised as a 2mph wind. What I saw from the track as I looked towards the parking lot was mist, fog – translation: HUMIDITY!

We did a rough workout, after the first four 200m dashes, I joked about it being 24 of them. All good until Steve Monks says he used to do that in training for 20k races… Ugh!
