5mi. Today was very nice weather, light breeze and 63 degrees. Jen Davis came, which ushered in a “mile for time” after we had gone only 800m. The highlight for me was meeting Isaac, an eleven year old kid whio came this morning with his father. He was practicing to  “try out” for the BOK Middle School track program.

We did our mile for time, mine was just under 6min. This little guy was less than 4 sec behind me! Attila and I commented on how well he ran. His dad explained he was a soccer midfielder and was accustomed to running. Good for that guy, he will easily make and rule his middle school run group!
