30mi. I rode my regular loop to the Jupiter Inlet and back. Today, I remembered to wear a headband under my helmet, and use sunscreen spray. It is noticeably warmer this summer vs. past years. We don’t get the afternoon rains that would bring cooler afternoons. My ride was not speedy, good heading with the wind, slower into the SSE breeze coming home.
The Tour de France hype has more riders out and ripping with the groups, I’m fine doing solo rides. MY bike needs some maintenance as it is clicking with each turn of the cranks…
