Track anyway

5 mi. This year I’m not registered in the Loggerhead Triathlon. A few notable locals, Erica, John Reback, Karen Paxton, Robert Dabrowski, they aren’t racing it this year, either. Only a few guys doing the race came to track this morning. As a result, I was running up front with Aldo for my intervals.
