6mi. I can’t say this “might” be our last cool track workout, we’ve had so many good ones this season already, they keep coming! Today Tracy M joined us. There were fewer people than usual, Spring Break travel and time off claimed a few of our regulars. We did the warmup in Alton and were fortunate that the track and high school grounds were open for us. 52 degrees, I’ll take it!
Finishing up with a session of many short intervals, Paul said he doubted anyone would be “jumping up from their desks today.”
