Building more than speed

Some good weather ahead helps tune the mental state. I can thrive in cooler weather, especially if we get it on race day. A third Monday in April would be nice!

This quick pic taken at Sandhill Crane trailhead – some peculiar foam appearing as if it’s ice on our Florida canals… I’ll post it on Instagram & see how many non-Floridians bite!
