I am a “part time in my spare time which isn’t enough time” kind of athlete, a guy with slightly more ambitions than I have hours and days to chase them. I do plenty of workouts and fitness related things during the week, but my level of commitment is right in line with where athletics fit into my life as a father, executive and friend. I run, do local triathlons, mountain bike, and enter adventure races. These activities keep me fit, alleviate stress and give me a great social outlet.
I haven’t been able to sit still in my first 47 years, there is no reason to change a winning formula, so I keep going.
