7mi. No time or desire to do a cooldown, my ankle was feeling the effects of Saturday’s 10 miler and now this. Knowing PB marathon is days away, I ran shirtless in 66 deg weather. By prediction, this is 2 degrees cooler than Sunday’s race start. I was alone for all 6 hill miles, no other runners showed til lap 4, Kyle Smith, Randi, Paul, Marty, Michele K and Gary were also running by the time I left. Chelsea said she was running, I later found out she slept in ’til almost 7am.
