No rush for a lane

2000 yards. People must take off from training and go to lunch with fresh paychecks! I had the whole pool to myself, an older lady came and did laps.  Here’s the workout…

Warmup Set (400y)
5 x 75 [25 drill/50 swim] @ 0:15 rest
25 kick

Main Set (1300y)
6 x 200 @ 4:45
100 drill

Warmdown Set (300y)
200 build by 50s @ 4:45, 2 x 50 @ 1:10
