7 mi. No cool down for me, I wanted to be back in time to make John’s lunch and not rush through the morning process. Charlotte showed up in time to run 5 of my 6 laps with me, Walter got there very early and was on lap 4 when I started! It was cool running to the east, a slight breeze and low 70s temps made it good. Weird traffic patterns has the cars coming very close to the runners now, I wear a light and keep aware.
