4 mi.  One warmup mile and no cool downs when I have John to drive to school.  Paul was kind in assigning no 1600m intervals, but close.  I ran with Erica on the beginning and ending 600s, and third or fourth behind John R., JT and Seth for the other intervals.  Just like this…
