I have regressed back to pre Miamiman condition. I have only 3 or 4 swims since Nov 8th. Maybe 4 bike rides. My body feels and looks different, even in only that short time span. I didn’t eat wildly over the holidays, but I wasn’t as vigilant about eating healthier things as before the November race. I will start again putting the cross training in to get back what I’ve lost. Two swims and two rides a week were great!
I also know the weight I have gotten back (returning me to a normal 144-146lbs.) is not what I’d like. It’s beer and sugar again. The other way was better. No one’s saying I lost weight anymore, but my mid section has lost the “cut look” it had merely 2 mos. ago. Back to work!
