All alone in the dark

2000 yards. The LA Fitness Okee pool is dark to begin with, put me in there alone for 40 minutes of laps and it’s boring.  I did mix in some good breathing and speed though….

Warmup Set (400y)

4 x [25 easy @ 0:10 rest, 50 build @ 0:10 rest, 25 moderate-hard @ 0:10 rest]

Main Set (1200y)
4 x [4 x 75 @ 1:55 descend pace over each set of 4]

Warmdown Set (400y)
16 x 25 build @ 0:40
