TT to round it out

20 mi My gold star Tuesday came about because I didn’t want to wake up early again Wednesday morning. I came back from work and decided to do the Singer Island loop.  I averaged 20.4, not bad considering traffic and completely stopping at some lights, which hardly ever happens on a 5am start.  I brought a bottle of G2 mixed with water and didn’t finish it. The wind was 8-10 mph out of the North, but even then my speed up Singer Island was over 21mph.  I was happy with the ride, and ate much pasta and watched Tour de France when I was done.
